Reminds me of the off repeated pseudo-fact you should drink eight glasses of water a day. Hey, are they still pushing to brush your teeth three times a day so that you have to buy more toothpaste and toothbrushes?

DeleteEspecially considering how noisy most cities and apartment complexes are. Not to mention all the stress life puts on the individual which can cause insomnia.
And following a dentist's recommendation on "how to properly floss one's teeth" in full detail would cost one about a half-hour extra of one's time each and every time one as much as ate a sandwich or a candy bar.
I'm sitting reading this with my second bottle of beer at my side. If you don't hear from me again, you know why, I'm dead.
