Judging by all the TV commercials those "home buying" outfits come across as little more than a bunch of "cottage industries".
And none of them bother with fancy titles and namesakes either (example: "Oasis Home Buyers")
In a nutshell----these "home buyer" outfits are little more than pawns being used by unscrupulous developers. Sure, they make a small profit themselves on the side, but still .....
